Senior Associate, Product Owner - Card Site Data & Analytics

Job Description

At Capital One, we believe there's a better way to pay bills: a less transactional and more insightful way that uses data and personalization to give customers the tools and information that they need to improve their financial health. Our Bill Payments Product team sits at the intersection of technology innovation, human centered design and business strategy to drive these new customer experiences to market.

As a product owner on the card site data team, you'll help develop and manage the tools needed to help our marketing team create personalized experiences and measure the impact of You'll play a critical role in transforming the experience of using data, and will have a knack for user-centric problem solving as you think about new ways for our teams to use our data. You'll work with a product manager to build a product vision and roadmap for card site data. You are accountable for turning this into a feature roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams in engineering, design and architecture along with senior leadership.

You enjoy getting into the technical details and asking questions of your engineering partners. At the same time, you are comfortable communicating regularly and clearly to a group of diverse stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or military experience

- At least 1 year of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering

- Experience in working with data driven products such as Adobe Anayltics, Google Analytics, SAS, Tableau or other data-driven systems
