Senior Associate, Product Mgt. - Eng 360
We are looking for driven individuals with a passion around how we build and deploy software. You will identify opportunities and contribute to the long term strategy to simplify and improve engineering efficiency and risk mitigation for the Card organization. You'll be working on exciting products to fully leverage our cloud environment and make it easier for engineers to deliver high quality code. Engineers are your customers, and we are looking for individuals with a passion around technology and learning new things.
In addition to working across the Card organization to develop the roadmap; you will partner with engineering, Operations, enterprise teams (e.g. Legal, Compliance) and third party vendors to deliver the optimal experience. In this role you will:
- You will translate business strategies into internal product(s) that delight our engineers and position our company for substantial growth and disruption.
- Collaborate with internal partners. You will be exceptional at developing and nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholders in support of Capital One's lines of business.
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 1 years of experience in digital product management
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis to influence technology innovation
