Senior Associate Product Manager-Process Automation

About the Team:

Our Intelligent Process Automation team seeks to make automation tools more accessible to non-coders within the business. We leverage low-code tools to build a platform that enables non-coders to automate routine, repetitive tasks so they can focus on higher-value work.

The Role:

Our team is selectively recruiting a high energy, forward-thinking Product Owner to deliver on our Intelligent Automation agenda. You will partnering with internal business customers to embed and cultivate intelligent process automation tools with those who aren't aware of or aren't able to use them today.

Within this role you will work with a cross-functional team of business analysts, engineers, and operations specialists to design, configure, and implement rapid automation prototypes, which will be used by lines of business to automate manual tasks. There is a high focus on simplification and providing solutions that are easy for our power users and customers to apply in their daily work. As we look to implement new technology and tools, you will be expected to drive and be a change agent that enables the workforce and stakeholders to adopt Intelligent Process Automation solutions.

The Person:

We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, technically curious professionals who obsess over removing friction from the overall customer experience and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment driven by analysis and creativity. This person will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and have the ability to adapt to change quickly.

  • The ideal candidate will possess competencies such as:
  • Drive vision and strategy by leading product/tech discussions and developing an iterative product roadmap with business owners, and drive change through partnerships and piloting solutions with diverse lines of business.
  • Be a fantastic storyteller, who is comfortable presenting to all levels from senior executives to front-line performers and can inspire teams about things that should exist that don't exist today
  • Learn, be inquisitive, and be technically curious, with a passion and expertise in emerging technologies (ML, NLP, RPA, API's, and AI), their capabilities, and how they are used to empower business and technology to drive business simplification.
  • Be an innovative thinker who is both technologically sound and has a good business operations perspective
  • Be grounded in human centered design with a natural empathy for customers
  • Have a bias to action and a proven track record of delivering minimum viable products and business models to market at rapid speed
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies will be critical
  • Possess a strong attention to detail, combined with ability to see and explain the big picture
  • Able to build a user community around a product
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, change, and shifting priorities
  • Able to work independently with directional guidance from leadership
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams
  • Able to deliver intent independently and own end-to-end process from intent creation to delivery
  • Have a certification or training in Six Sigma, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Software Development, and/or PMI-ACP

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science or Engineering
