Senior Associate, Product Manager - Small Business Bank Financial Product CX

In this role you will:

  • Lead a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into new or enhanced features for Small Business Bank online servicing.
  • Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for one or more key product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and business leads to bring the product vision to life, delivering features in a lean, iterative, and nimble way.
  • Write detailed user stories, identify edge cases, and with engineering team to roll out features in an agile, continuous deployment environment.
  • Own your backlog, continuously prioritizing team activities based on business goals, user needs, and timeline. You will identify the highest impact work, prioritize that work, and deliver improvements in a reliable way.
  • Collaborate with the agile team on a daily basis, clarifying details and answering questions about direction and strategy.
  • Facilitate Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Hone in on the current customer experiences and discover product opportunities to enhance our position in the market.
  • Present project updates and key results to executive leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Provide motivation and direction to create a positive work environment.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to effectively identify new opportunities but also question existing assumptions.
  • Grounding in human centered design with a natural empathy for small business bank customers.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Highly self-motivated, self-starter that is adept at taking initiative.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of digital product management experience
  • At least 1 year of Agile product management experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in building online products
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile development process
