Senior Associate, Compensation - Total Rewards

  • Develop business/system requirements, participate in design discussions, create test cases/test plans for outstanding defects and application enhancements
  • Partner with cross functional teams to deliver against business intent
  • Support release management processes, reviewing testing documentation, and obtaining approvals
  • Provide support to line of business (LOB) customers for business as usual (BAU) processing, as well as requirements gathering, test planning, governance controls and validation in an agile project environment

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in finance, or at least 1 year of experience in compensation, or a combination of both
  • At least 1 year of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories in PowerPoint
  • At least 1 year of experience as a business system analyst or data analyst or financial analyst
  • At least 1 year of experience in client consulting role.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • 2+ years of experience in Compensa
  • 1+ years of experience with agile delivery
  • 1+ years of experience developing reporting using Blaze, Tableau, or Gomez
  • 1+ years' experience with Varicent/IBM Cognos SPM or similar incentive system
  • Experience building compensation models and conducting pay analysis.
  • Knowledge of human resources and compensation including knowledge of relevant Federal, State, Local laws/regulations relating to compensation
  • Experience with benchmarking tools such as ePrism
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry
