Product Manager - Payments
Making a payment towards your credit card is one of the most fundamental yet critical interactions we have with our customers. Given the impact of payment decisions on a customer's financial health - and the emotions inherently tied to this behavior - there is ripe opportunity to enhance our underlying technology for the sake of radically improving our customer experience.
As a Product Manager on the Inbound Payments team, you will be accountable for creating and delivering upon a strategic agenda for a core Payments' product that drives meaningful progress for our customers and our business. In this capacity, you will set a product vision, establish key performance indicators, develop a technology roadmap, and work with cross-functional teams (design, analytics, technology, operations, risk, etc.) to deliver well-managed and sustainable features that bring that vision to life.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communicates the Payments Roadmap and Vision to the technology team
- Acts as the voice of the business and customer for the tea
- Incorporates design thinking and analytics to inform product design
- Ensures a healthy backlog by regularly grooming intent with the team
- Prioritizes the Product Backlog to maximize on business and customer outcomes
- Defines acceptance criteria for work and accepts user stories
- Collaborates across teams and the Product Owner community
- Supports team with escalation and resolution of impediments
- Works directly with team and plays a key role in key Agile and SAFe ceremonies
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in digital product management
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
