Principal Associate - Project Management - Credit Review

Responsibilities of a Project Manager within Credit Review consist of:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (such as Technology, Credit Reviewers and leadership) across different locations to ensure transparency of project scope and status
  • Maintain formal process documents (e.g. procedures and diagrams), and document processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams)
  • Assist in managing the replatforming of a major workflow tool and document repository for Credit Review department
  • Track timelines and critical paths for multiple project phases (Commercial, Consumer and Central Services implementations)
  • Partner with Technology and Product Owner to remove impediments that prevents a team from completing the work
  • Develop and execute multi-channel Communication strategy for various stakeholders
  • Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Develop and maintain training documentation for Enterprise Credit Review follow on tool
  • Respond to various leadership requests for milestones, progress, impediments, risks and general project timelines

  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project efforts
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
  • Understands Agile best practices and guide teams on maturity
  • Participates in meetings, workshops and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform the functions

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 Years Project Management experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's of Business Administration (MBA)
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
