Principal Associate, Campus Candidate Experience

Principal Associate, Candidate Experience

The Campus Recruiting Team is seeking a Principal Associate, Candidate Experience, who will be responsible for developing the strategy and processes to optimize the candidate experience at different points in the recruiting lifecycle. Primary responsibilities will include leading a team of associates, setting long term strategy while driving short term execution, embracing agile principles to deliver quality products, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and pushing the broader team to innovate. This work will be critical as Campus Recruiting looks to greatly enhance the candidate experience, equip recruiters to more efficiently hire diverse talent, and provide better support to clients.

Some additional responsibilities in this role include:

  • Developing products that help provide an exceptional candidate and associate/client experience
  • Being a people leader for two associates, helping develop their career and providing guidance and coaching to help them be successful
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, company leaders and the recruiting team
  • Leveraging an Agile approach to quickly deliver top quality products in a collaborative way
  • Challenging and pushing through existing barriers to drive toward long term strategy goals
  • Partnering with Client Leads to expedite the transformation of Campus Recruiting


Here's what you'll need to be successful:
  • Blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytic reasoning
  • Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader, career guide and mentor to teams
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
  • Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track performance, and drive decision making
  • Entrepreneurial ability to identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts
  • Track record of defining strategy, creating advocacy/alignment and being accountable for outcomes


Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or military experience

- At least 3 years of experience in Recruiting or at least 3 years of Process Management experience or at least 3 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- 4+ years experience in Recruiting

- At least 1 year of People Management experience

- Passion and experience in driving process improvements
