Pr. CRE Specialist
Job Summary:
To manage a team of internal and outsourced staff responsible for the operation, maintenance, improvement and upkeep facility and equipment of Capital One Philippines. To coordinate with Lines of Business (LOBs), service contractors, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure service levels are aligned with corporate standards
Major Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules, and supervises day-to-day operation of internal and outsourced staff in the maintenance of company building, facilities, and equipment; ensures PPM is carried out correctly as scheduled; ensures comprehensive documentation on completed job cards and repair history; ensures activities are within corporate standards on safety and quality
- Reviews and makes recommendations on Service Level Agreement (SLAs) of vendor/sub-contractors/contractors; monitors performance management of vendors/sub-contractors/contractors against SLA or manufacturer's recommendation on equipment operation and maintenance; coordinate and liaise with external parties (e.g project managers, designers, contractors, consultants) from end-to-end of the construction process.
- Managers performance of direct reports; engages them in regular coaching and feedback to improve performance and develop competencies; Conducts mid-year and annual performance appraisal
- Maintains strong and collaborative partnerships across the organization to positively influence service delivery and internal customer satisfaction
- Reviews and approves expenses as per the Discretionary Authority Limit; monitors all site costs; prepares annual budget and implements cost saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with corporate and government environmental and safety laws and regulations including maintaining database of permits, renewal of operational permits issued by government bodies and acting as Site pollution Control Officer
- May be assigned/rotated across related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Shared Services
- All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
- College graduate
- 8 years working experience, preferably managing a state-of-the-art facility/property, with 3 years in managerial role
- Knowledge in government compliance, local environment/health/safety laws and ordinances
- Good project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-orientation for both internal and external customers
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Amenable to work in a flexible schedule
- Amenable to work in Alabang
