Operational Risk Management- Validation Manager

Do you want to be part of an organization that's dedicated to helping Capital One identify, manage and effectively mitigate risk - for our customers, our communities and our associates? As part of Operational Risk Management (ORM), that's exactly what you'll do. Working with talented associates, you'll provide oversight and effective challenge to ensure our businesses effectively manage operational risk. You'll also bring your unique perspectives and experiences to help us be more rigorous, curious and creative.

In a highly-regulated industry, large companies like Capital One need to be exceptionally diligent with their processes, controls and procedures to operate effectively and manage risk appropriately. To help ensure that those are all well-designed and executed, we have a dedicated Validation Team. This group of professionals provides second-line oversight, partnership and effective challenge to help our first-line businesses partners better understand their areas of operational risk and assure management that key requirements are being met.
