Our team in Plano, TX is a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, data scientists, and full stack developers committed to transforming the Auto Finance industry.
What you will do:
Our Product Managers play a critical role in achieving transformation. They lead teams of designers, engineers, data scientists and analysts to define product strategy, build prioritization frameworks and develop, launch, and enhance products and services that drive our business forward.
As a Product leader you will:
- Relentlessly push to understand customer needs and ensures customer is considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions along with leveraging analytical problem solving skills and business judgment
- Identify unmet needs and disruption opportunities and guide interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative products to market.
- Have a strategic and analytical orientation to problem solving
- Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
- Lead product level analytics and risk management frameworks
- Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle
- Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in digital product managementworking with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
- Proven analytical problem solving experience
- Proven track record of strategic and analytical orientation. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation in decision making
