Manager, Digital Product Management - Small Business Card

The Small Business Card digital acquisitions team is seeking a product manager to bring a customer-oriented approach to our marketing website. The person in this role will advance the visitor experience on our Small Business Card site through a digital experimentation agenda, partnering closely with marketers, designers, and developers to create impactful web experiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and define opportunities to improve and optimize the Small Business Card website
  • Use data and customer research to form hypotheses; work with our partners to define and execute website tests that drive to an answer
  • Identify and drive user research to better understand the needs and priorities of Small Businesses
  • With partners, define and analyze metrics to measure the success of those tests; develop recommendations for implementation, and deliver by working
  • Develop a roadmap and prioritize appropriately to achieve our bold business goals
  • Work with designers and an Agile software team to define requirements for site changes and deliver flawless product releases
  • Bring a creative and analytical problem-solver mindset, living at the intersection of Human, Business and Technology
  • Be a collaborative team player with the ability to influence the organization and build meaningful partnerships


What we're looking for:
  • Experience in building and shipping great products in an agile environment
  • Experience in digital marketing with knowledge of marketing technology and tools
  • Knowledge of web analytics and testing, ideally with experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Adobe Site Catalyst, and testing tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely
  • Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of the conversion funnel and how it's measured
  • Experience driving user research
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial ability to identify and prioritize opportunities in ambiguous contexts
  • Track record of defining strategy, creating alignment, and being accountable for outcomes


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital product management


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • 3+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
