The Commercial Card Sales business is looking for candidates to lead the process execution function within the Run The Business (RTB) function. The position will oversee a team of process owners over Core Processes, Knowledge Management, Prospecting and Lead Generation

An ideal candidate will operate in a highly visible, high-stakes, fast-paced agile team, that is continuing to define and refine the processes that build a high performing team. The candidate will drive the creation, documentation and consistent execution of the processes across all areas of RTB. They will consistently, and with high quality, ensure that the processes are well defined and effectively executed.

An ideal candidate will be highly flexible, able to adapt to change and willing to work in highly collaborative environment where the perfect solution does not yet exist. The ability to influence decisions through effective written and verbal skills is vital to the role. Works autonomously to refine and execute the process once it is developed is highly valued and will be put to the test.


  • Develop a plan for generating and maintaining processes across the business
  • Organize the team to effectively deliver the plan
  • Implement approaches that are audit ready
  • Control the consistency by applying a sound Risk approach
  • Support evaluation of content for possible Risk, Compliance and legal impacts
  • Oversee the development of process map and document risk and controls for each process
  • Serve as a liaison across sister organizations on all process related topics

Travel required


Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Military Experience
  • At least 5 years as a people manager
  • At least 5 years in Process Management
  • BPM Certification

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Understanding of the commercial card sales process
  • 2 years of SLQ2CQ experience
  • Risk and Compliance background
