Integrated Marketing Strategist, Manager (Small Business Card)

The Role

The Small Business Card Brand Marketing team is a passionate and entrepreneurial team of brand strategists, marketers and experience designers focused on launching breakthrough products and experiences for small business owners.

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Strategist to join a new team focused on planning the overall marketing and media strategy for our brand and flagship products. This role will lead integrated marketing strategies that will flex muscles of traditional brand strategy, channel marketing, content development, experiential marketing and influencer-based executions.

What you'll do:
  • Partner with brand/product strategists
  • Own and lead the annual campaign planning and strategy for the SBC brand and/or flagship product
  • Partner with brand analytics team to establish clear KPIs for the campaign and own management of collecting results from channel strategists and analyzing it holistically.
  • In partnership with the creative director, develop campaign playbooks that provides guidance to channel strategists on creative and messaging strategy.
  • Ensure we have a holistic view of annual marketing/campaign plan
  • Communicate up/down/across the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of marketing strategy and plan


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience
  • At least 3 years leading integrated marketing campaigns


Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience at a national brand or advertising agency
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication
  • MBA, Marketing Specialty
  • 5+ years leading large-scale integrated marketing campaigns
