As we move into the next phase of our technology transformation we continue to seek ways to improve the quality, security, effectiveness and efficiency of our operations across our technology organization. This will require a complete rethinking and redesign of how we operate and secure our technology infrastructure, how we deploy and monitor our applications in production, how we address breakdowns and how our associates use technology. Successful candidates will have the following:

• High level of intellectual curiosity and are comfortable with ambiguity

• Well organized, able to multi-task, able to prioritize with minimal direction

• Can collaboratively drive teams and stakeholders with disparate goals

• Communication skills, be able to present to executive management often and in a compelling manner that emphasizes the important intersection of business and technology
