Creative Director, Talent Marketing
As the Creative Director for Talent Marketing, you will drive Capital One's recruiting and associate creative strategy across the Enterprise. By partnering with our talent marketing strategy team, you will help create the narrative that weaves together the Capital One brand and the day to day experience of working here. You will oversee internal and external resources to deliver engaging, breakthrough creative that will help Capital One connect with prospects and associates alike.

You know how to go beyond numbers and data to reach the emotions generated when we truly bond with products and brands. Most importantly you can tell an amazing story that truly connects through marketing and creative.
As a Creative Director, you will:
- Partner with the talent strategy teams to understand associate and prospect segments and long term objectives.
- Track and build on broader talent trends and apply insights to your storytelling.
- Understand key strategic business and marketing goals and support them via internal and external channels.
- Lead the development of talent creative strategy.
- Deliver world class creative and stories within all channels.
- Develop and launch massive, multi-channel creative.
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
- At least 6 years of experience developing creative for digital or traditional marketing channels.
- At least 3 years of experience leading or managing teams.
- Master's Degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in the tech or financial services industry.
