Perform communications, supplier inquiries and related due diligence, deal strategy, deal negotiations (contract terms and conditions, scopes of work, pricing, etc.), contract development, and contract administration. Act as a central point of contact for a transaction. Responsible for engaging all the internal parties relevant to a given supplier transaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams, meetings

• Negotiate complex contracts

• Meet with internal customers and determine requirements and preferences - prepare them for upcoming negotiations

• Develop statements of work

• Develop negotiating strategy

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or military experience

• At least 3 year of experience in Legal, negotiation or contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPM or CPCM

• 5 years of experience in Leading sourcing teams

• 5 years of experience in Analyzing proposal cost/pricing data

• 5 years of experience in Creating and executing sourcing strategies

• 5 years of experience in Legal, negotiation or contracts
