Commercial Real Estate, Asset Manager II, FHA

We are currently seeking an experience Asset Manager , responsible for managing the portfolio of FHA Multifamily and Healthcare Assets. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing financial statements and property operating statements and submitting to HUD in accordance with HUD guidelines
  • Reviewing and approving draw requests in accordance with loan documents and other agreements
  • Monitoring timely completion of critical repairs
  • Underwriting TPAs and consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements
  • Managing client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements.
  • Performing ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring
  • Conducting market research and preparing market reports
  • Preparing loan and portfolio level status reports
  • Complying with all FHA monitoring and reporting requirements
  • Establishing policies and procedures to comply with FHA servicing standards and appropriate risk monitoring

  • Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and financial analyses
  • Outstanding writing skills and oral presentation ability
  • Proficiency in analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements and in modeling complex financial scenarios
  • High integrity, the ability to communicate articulately and concisely, strong interpersonal and partnership skills, achievement drive, and intellectual curiosity

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience with FHA LEAN Loans

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor;'s Degree with a major or substantial coursework in business, finance, real estate or economics
  • At least 5 years of work experience in commercial real estate asset management preferably in managing FHA LEAN loans and FHA Multifamily loans
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
