The Commercial Credit Specialist supports and is responsible for Portfolio Management. This encompasses actively monitoring utilization, resiliency and margins and reacting via delinquency management, periodic reviews, external trigger monitoring and line management. This individual will also actively identify and resolve credit and process issues by working closely with key stakeholders on our sales, underwriting, operations and analytics teams.

Description of Responsibilities:

Client Communication-exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills when speaking with partners across the support model (Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Government Banking, Middle Market Banking)

Pipeline Management-exhibit strong organizational skills to manage both annual reviews and new originations through underwriting process; facilitate deal team calls as needed; actively identify automation options and deliver incremental process improvements

Data Tracking and Reporting-ability to maintain quality data across various systems and trackers; ability to identify and escalate trends to management

Regulatory Compliance-understanding and adhering to various regulatory requirements and business policies; establish and adhere to quality checks and controls throughout end to end underwriting process

• Ability to work autonomously

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 1 year of credit or underwriting support experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3 years of credit or underwriting support experience
