Commercial Bank Credit Solutions Delivery- Project Management- Manager

As a Delivery Lead on the Credit Solutions team in Commercial Banking Underwriting & Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for all phases of project delivery - from definition and planning to prioritization and implementation. As part of our multi-year transformation journey, you will be driving strategic projects that focus on transforming the end-to-end credit process and technology to deliver an industry leading experience for clients and associates, as well as supporting critical regulatory response and remediation efforts. Solutions will be simple, scalable, and digital. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, and organization skills needed to drive progress and decisions across various Commercial Bank business lines and teams.

General Responsibilities:

  • Work autonomously on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company.
  • Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
  • Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
  • Ensure status reports are submitted regularly, accurate, appropriately detailed, and visible to all relevant stakeholders. Maintain key project documentation.
  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to work with partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines. Includes clarifying and defining business needs, requirements and use cases.
  • Proactively Identify and re-mediate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary. Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
  • Build relationships as an active and engaged member of a team that is working on delivering features to our associates and / or customers
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
  • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Partner with Program Lead to create and deliver progress updates to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters / MBA degree
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with Agile product development
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking
