About the Role:

Report to the Head of People Strategy and Analytics at Capital One. Lead a team to use data and analytics to influence strategic talent decisions in the Retail Bank, the second largest line of business at Capital One. Work closely with the CHRO of the Retail Bank, other HR Business Partners and business leaders on topics as varied as D&I, skills transformation, attrition, and talent management - all supported by data-driven insights and predictions. Need to have the ability to manage a strong team of analysts.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 5 years of experience in quantitative analysis

• At least 5 years of experience in qualitative analysis
• At least 5 years of experience in people management
• At least 5 years of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Masters' Degree

• Experience in People Analytics
