Our Role

The Technology Strategy team works with the corporate CIO and other senior leaders in the company to shape the strategy of the leading digital bank in the country. As we have made the transition from a bank that used technology to deliver its products, to one where technology is the driving force behind its strategic direction, the person in this role will have an opportunity to influence senior management decisions. As such we are looking for a candidate with meaningful experience in influencing major technology decisions, and with a good grasp of the latest and emerging trends in technology. The candidate should also be very comfortable working with strong technical leaders and helping to shape their technical ideas into implementable business strategies. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in the technology practices of top consulting firms, or in roles in VC firms where they help to develop strategies of portfolio companies. The ability to communicate deep technical ideas to senior management and hold their own in debates with senior business and engineering leaders is essential for success in this role

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, or Engineering) or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree
  • 4+ years of experience with technology strategy development, architecture, or technology delivery
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting or strategy development
