Brand Strategist Manager, Loan Servicing

The Brand Strategist Manager, Loan Servicing, will be consulting with a diverse set of clients, peers and leaders on strategic marketing recommendations. They will lead, direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities for large brand or related/aligned brands for the attainment of brand goals. Develop and propose new marketing ideas to support various initiatives and products, monitor campaign results, and regularly optimize. Coordinates with market research, analysts, cross-functional teams, internal and external agencies, IT, production, sales, finance, and advertising. They also need to be able to understand and analyze a wide range of data and research findings to develop impactful insights that drive strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, create strategic marketing direction to include best products and services
  • Create and test market and analyze data
  • Maintain and continually build knowledge database of strategic marketing insights and competitive data to anticipate future marketing trends
  • Develop marketing and communications plan from data and coordinate plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop learning agenda, manage projects and teams, and report findings
  • Ensure consistent and effective brand message
  • Guide market research analysis and be able to break down the data for insights
  • Responsible for initiating the spending, pricing, product, packaging, media, promotion, education, and copy strategies.


Level: Manager

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in Marketing agency
  • At least 5 years of experience in Research in brand and consumer marketing


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in Marketing agency
  • 6 years of experience in Research in brand and consumer marketing
  • 5 years' experience writing and presenting strategic plans, recommendations and conclusions based on market research and data
