Associate, Project Management – Horizontal Credit Delivery

Going forward we are looking to build on that foundation to transform the way Commercial banking is done.


As a Project Manager on the Horizontal Credit Delivery & Project Management team in Risk Operations, you will be responsible for providing tactical support on projects, leading smaller initiatives and supporting various routines required for the functioning of the Portfolio Management & Underwriting group.


  • Managing and coordinating updates to project and initiative trackers including for Horizontal Project Delivery
  • Supporting tracking of horizontal regulatory exam and internal audit calendars and tracking response/remediation plans and status for key findings
  • Supporting coordination of key horizontal risk management activities, including coordination of details for portfolio-wide roundtables, forums and review routines
  • Supporting departmental routines such as Business Continuity Planning
  • Managing SharePoint Team Sites in support of Risk Operations' team documentation and organization needs
  • Providing tactical support to senior project managers on project delivery
  • Manage smaller-scale projects as needed, including developing project plans, managing project schedules, maintaining project documentation, identifying risks, facilitating project meetings and communicating project status to key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 1 year of Project Management experience
  • At least 1 year of Commercial Banking experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • At least 2 years of Commercial banking experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in business risk/operations, underwriting or credit administration
  • Experience or certification with PMP or Agile/Scrum and related management software tools.
  • Commercial Lending experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
