Job Title: Senior Global Market Analyst

Job location: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Washington DC, Boston, or NYC

Job description:

The role (principal) will report into Group Strategy in order to assemble, analyze, and report intelligence and analysis on Capgemini's competitors, partners, and market dynamics to executive partners. The deliverables from this role are integral to the firm's planning and the Group leadership's process

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver market research, intelligence and analysis, with a focus on delivery of accurate, timely, candid and analysis of our competitors and technology partners
  • Deliver competitor intelligence and market trends analysis in detail, and gleaning insight that is compelling to advise predictions and opportunities
  • Lead research projects, including projects covering competitive trends, market segmentation and technology insight, developing key management briefings / presentations to support
  • Producing accurate and well curated reports for our senior Group leadership on a rolling basis; detailed analysis
  • A fundamental natural curiosity to build, develop and understand the dynamics of the global business and technology services market (including but not limited to IT/OT/ER&D)
  • Focusing on detail while seeing the big picture; working through situations and undeveloped and/or abstract concepts with high level of comfort
  • Lead team members for deliverables (e.g. profiling of clients, competition, and other companies)

Required Skills

  • Experience and understanding of the professional services market
  • Experience in analyzing global or multi-country topics
  • Strong finance background and excellent analytical skills
  • Outstandingly strong financial modelling/valuation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to distil large volumes of data into the critical points
