Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (PO) who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead growing Agile teams located in our Southfield and Plano offices. As a PO, you will be responsible for translating our stakeholders' direction into actionable, feasible technical direction for our development team. They are knowledgeable in the Cloud Engineering domain for end-to-end product development.
Successful candidates are adaptable communicators, possess a Growth mindset, and are eager to add value to our organization by contributing to our product roadmaps in a deeply technical way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborates with stakeholders in creating and defining a product vision.
• Develops, owns and works to execute product roadmap, which includes creating user stories and epics .
• Anticipates activities impacting customer and development team.
• Analyzes, prioritizes, and refines needs (from stakeholders and development team).
• Documents new product features, enhancements, and business-driven requirements for development.
• Manages product and sprint backlogs.
• Represents team(s) internally and externally as primary liaison .
• Reviews all work items submitted by other team members to verify readiness for estimation and eventual development .
• Develops and maintains reporting and data solutions to allow internal stakeholders to understand product health.
• Facilitates all Scrum ceremonies for some teams, including daily standups, backlog refinement, Sprint planning, Sprint demo and Sprint Retrospective.
• Identifies and resolves roadblocks and issues impacting development team activities.
• Socializes feedback and concerns with leadership related to development team operations.
• Administers dashboard for asset management.
• Monitors production metrics and acts accordingly to ensure a healthy product.


Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Product Ownership and/or Product Management.
• Agile process experience.
• SAFe experience.
