Requirements

• Demonstrate expertise in leading and managing both internal and external clients.

• Valid experience of 9-12 years in Learning and H2R domain

• Experience in leading HR and Learning and Performance Development process transformation

• Experience in HR technology - Workday, Oracle, SAP/SuccessFactors, Degreed, SumTotal, Cornerstone, LMS/LXP (any)

• Case management tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow

• Knowledge of Bus Optix / Visio or mapping tool

• Managing Learning and H2R stakeholders

• Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan,

• Involved in process design, understanding the Hire - Retire processes and leveraging Capgemini Design frameworks

• Collaborate with client team to understand process challenges, flows, etc.

• Spearheads the creation of SOPs, DTPs and knowledge assessments

• Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments (process design, technology enhancements, process standardization, etc.)

• Develop process excellence in HR and Learning Operational activities (Training, Planning & execution, Content Design, Learning Platform set up and administration, Learning work flow administration)

• Monitors progress toward reaching commitment thresholds and provides status reporting to core project management team

• Maintains collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Handle regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.
