We are looking for somebody to join our growing application team at Cansel's Head Office in Burnaby. Our immediate need is for a developer who can support Boomi integrations to SAP, Salesforce, and Hybris. In addition to the integration development the ideal candidate will have development experience in Salesforce. As a self-starter you will be working with the IT team and independently to complete tasks and project work. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, improving, and monitoring our integrations between Salesforce, SAP and Hybris. You will work with other team members supporting these applications to maintain system health as well as on projects to build solutions that meet business needs.
3+ years integration experience in any middleware technologies - SOA, ESB, Dell Boomi, Informatica ETL
Experience working with Dell Boomi components, workflow, and patterns, and how to configure them is desired.
Exposure to modern communication protocols and open standards
Experience with Dell Boomi Queues
Integration experience with SAP and Salesforce (SAAS)
Experience with creation of web services and integrate them in workflows
3+ years' of experience in Salesforce development including Salesforce Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, and, Visualforce.
Salesforce certifications such as Dev 401, Salesforce Administrator, and Sales Cloud Consultant are desired.
Experience manipulating, analyzing and working with large customer and product databases
Understanding of application development inputs, processes and tools (i.e. unit testing, solution design, system requirements, user stories, use cases)
Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
Ability to write a software specification document
Understanding of project delivery methodologies
Exposure to solution and/or system architecture concepts
Ability to document system and technical solutions
Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
Conduct functional and non-functional testing
Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
Nice to have
Experience using, configuring or developing in SAP
