Digital Marketing Associate

Position Overview:

Reporting into the International Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving the digital voice for Canada Goose in Europe. You will work with internal and external partners to ensure the digital presence for the brand is firmly embedded and optimized at every appropriate touch-point. You will be the driving force behind creating an engaging and ongoing relationship with our customers, present and future.

Key Responsibilities:

Local-Global Content

  • Support digital strategic direction for Europe which flows from the global digital framework
  • Curate and activate local content accordingly with NA and leverage customer cultural and country difference behaviour and attitude
  • Deal with North American team on activating and adapting global content into a locally relevant way (website content, email communication, performance media, social media)
  • Cross working across channels to support a 360 look and feel communication
  • Support distributor communication on digital aspect to ensure an active brand support

Email communication

  • Deal with ecommerce, creative and digital team on developing ad hoc European email communication to support overall business
  • Support on database targeting actions to optimize communication and ROI results

Performance Marketing and lead generation

  • Support the co-ordination of all aspects of digital media to ensure activity is planned and executed to achieve targeted KPI's based on countries and product categories
  • Support and develop activities focus on European lead generation throughout a full marketing optimization actions plan

Reporting and tracking

  • Responsible for designing and populating reporting documents which monitors meaningful metrics and produces insights we can share with EU and NA teams
  • Responsible for keeping tracking projects road map and populate action calendars

Digital hub

  • Inspire and share best and new practice from the digital world to enhance the digital mind-set of the entire marketing team
  • Keep high attention and share with the team competitors actions and key seasonal moment

Experience, Education and Designations:

  • 4+ years' experience
  • Master degree in Marketing, Web and Economics are considered a plus
  • Must be a specialist in digital with a specific passion for that world 24/7

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Skillful in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics and AdWords platforms is mandatory
  • Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Suite is considered a plus
  • Excel in English is mandatory, French and German mother tongue are beneficial
  • Experience of working in European markets is desirable
  • Experience of working in an international environment and be able to manage workflow coming from different leaders based in EU and NA is key
  • Comprehensive understanding and passion of fashion world and retail
  • Must be a collaborator and team player and able to move easily from task to task
  • Has the ability to think strategically but deliver practically
  • Embraces a fast moving environment

  • Role office based - some travels may be required
