We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in analysis, testing, and customer service to work in a helpdesk support. The role focuses on supporting critical data processing systems and offering excellent customer service. This position will be full-time contract and hybrid.

Support various applications by monitoring the helpdesk and managing helpdesk tickets

Analyze reported problems and assist users with resolutions in a timely manner
Document issues and resolutions; test applications to replicate reported issues
Understand and work with Use Cases, Business Requirements Documents, User Stories, Test Scripts, etc.
Participate in fast-paced projects with an organized, multitasking, and customer-friendly approach
What You'll Need:
Required:
5 years of experience in Business Analysis
5 years of experience in Customer Service/End User Support/Helpdesk Support
3 years of experience analyzing complex business processes and workflows
5 years of experience with Software Testing
Strong knowledge of documentation including BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Test Scripts, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4-year college degree or equivalent study
Experience in a judiciary or legal environment
Familiarity with data processing systems
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $45.00- $49.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
