Treasury Coordinator

Position Scope: Supports the Assistant Treasurer in the role of managing the day-to-day responsibilities of general administration of Treasury and Cash Management.

Position Resposibilities:

  1. Administrative:
  • Run TreasuryRequest inbox, complete requests, cage signer changes, user access requests
  • Submitting tickets, tracking supply needs
  • Weekly team recap
  • Tracking and requesting access to shared drives
  • Posting to shared drive: statements, analysis statements, etc
  • Keeping progress of projects
  • Completion of forms
  • Maintain current list of bank contacts
  • Follow up with banks regarding status of requests
  • Facilitate document execution
  1. Maintenance of Accounts
  • Maintaining Master Account List: account status changes, maintain accuracy of account information, compare to organizational chart
  • Contacting banks to update information, providing documentation for changes
  • Maintaining and updating corporate signer changes: draft letters, complete forms, tracking status, follow ups with banks
  • Opening/closing accounts: drafting letters, completing forms, updating permanent files, following up with banks on status
  1. Record Keeping
  • Maintain electronic files
  • Archiving of files, send to storage
  • Document retention
  • Updating FBAR spreadsheet
  • Maintaining, reviewing, updating processes
  1. Maintain and Complete Compliance
  • Quarterly posting to CMT for internal audit: new accounts, closed accounts, MAL
  • FBAR Quarterly Confirmations
  • Complete requests from Internal Audit and external auditors
  1. Daily Tasks
  • Completing daily property deposit uploads to Treasura, tracking and follow ups with properties
  • Send monthly property reports
  • Reconcile property accounts
  • Check mail, sort, scan and distribute

Ad HOC Requests



  • BA/BS degree an Finance or Business
  • Banking experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
