Meetings Marketing- Advertising/Collateral - Fall Internship **Unpaid**
The main focus of the intern's responsibilities will be advertising and collateral, but he/she will also learn aspects of public relations, events, database marketing, internet marketing, and catering/convention sales. This will allow the intern to gain the knowledge of a marketing generalist while also taking the lead on individual projects as assigned by the specialist. The end goal of this internship program is to provide a valuable education and experience of marketing in the meetings industry.
Assist with the creation and submission of print and digital advertising
Review and update sales kits, one-sheets, brochures and other collateral as needed
Responsible for tracking all advertising of Caesars' meetings business
Assist in researching advertising initiatives
- Responsible for updating sales and marketing information online
Positive, can-do attitude required
Skilled communicator with good verbal, written and interpersonal skills, able to speak, read and write English fluently
Comfortable working independently, but able to function effectively as part of a team
Flexible, versatile, and a fast learner, capable of adapting to a fluid environment
Well organized, detail oriented, and able to handle tasks under minimal supervision
- Proficient in use of a PC computer and application software to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chrome
