Job Description

The Product Manager position is part of a group working on high priority, next generation capabilities and campaigns. The focus of Marketing Capabilities is to ensure that the Caesars marketing experience is consistent and world-class across all digital channels. This group manages centralized marketing applications for 40+ Caesars Entertainment properties nationwide. This group serves oversees administrators, support and enhancements for several CRM tools and works directly with our properties, partners, vendors and internal departments (such as IT).

This position will work with marketing and business users to support and understand marketing products supported by the team. This role will consult with business and marketing users nationwide to support users on applications and processes. This role will help support the product development of Marketing specific applications such as Mobile, Kiosk, Offers System alongside other capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily processes/activities associated with development of, and enhancements to functionality for all capabilities supported by MCT
  • Primary point of contact for business teams and departments to support their business objectives by investigating user needs, enhancements and development of innovative ideas for solutions using, and continuous improvement of existing Marketing Capabilities
  • Work closely with technical development teams and IT on joint development projects through to completion
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for development related processes
  • Ensure all development staff are able to perform development duties including but not limited to creating user acceptance testing scripts and conducting UAT sessions
  • Review existing and new process tasks to confirm effectiveness, and modify process/task improvements when required
  • Responsible for all HR related tasks for staff employees, which includes scheduling and payroll approval. Track metrics and resource allocations
  • Responsible for providing strategic direction and planning for Marketing products supported by MCT. Will work closely defining and setting the Marketing Roadmap
  • Responsible for providing solutions to problems with MCT supported systems, while continuing to improve customer service levels
  • Develop and execute training plans for direct reports designed to increase their capabilities through career planning, technical training and increased responsibilities
  • Develop Best Practices that can be shared with Marketing Leadership to help drive utilization of the Marketing systems
  • Help support and drive effective business change management
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the basics of the business operations & marketing process
  • Act as a consultant to Marketing leadership for how to improve usage of Marketing products supported by MCT
  • Maintain frequent high quality communications with Marketing leadership and all other affected individuals/ areas of projects and support
  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with Marketing clients, users, service providers, product managers and team members
  • Responsible for attracting, hiring, retaining and motivating staff as well as managing resources to meet business objectives. Responsible for employee termination when necessary
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to think logically and find efficiencies in in processes and designs
  • Experience with IBM Unica or other similar CRM or workflow tools
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing, training and requirements gathering experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to manage and train staff to standardized processes with fluid changes
  • Detailed and organizational skills to set up and standardize processes
