Manager, Brand Alliances (Media Sales/ Sponsorship) - Las Vegas

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Manager level entertainment executive reporting to the Vice President, Brand Alliances. Candidate must have a high degree of knowledge of corporate brands and relationships with advertisers regionally and nationwide. Must possess established sales experience in the area of new business development, including but not limited to digital media/traditional media, sponsorship, special events, experiential marketing programs and other forms of new business development.

Willingness to be aggressive, and must possess ability to build advertiser base and sell a wide bandwidth of opportunity to advertisers in a competitive environment. Expertise in selling advertiser solutions, ability to work cross-departmentally, manage contract negotiation, legal and accounting, internal and external buy, and knowledge of media ROI.


Support Vice President and Director of Brand Alliances in company-wide revenue driving strategy and outreach of 3rd party advertiser and brand programs.

Generate new business through creative ad sales, custom programs, digital marketing, events and experiential programs

Sponsorship sales background a must

Ability to interface with multiple internal departments across the company portfolio and in an outside sales support capacity

Conduct landscape analysis of brand opportunities and engage in upfront research, packaging and pricing to secure new business with 3rd party brands

Develop business case and relevant success metrics, project financial impact and prioritize.

Leverage existing relationships and develop new ones with highest value potential/existing partners.

Work against financial goals with explicit accountability to reach revenue targets.

Negotiate aggressively and effectively to maximize value captured for CET

Select and manage verticals of 3rd party sponsorship sales opportunities as defined and changing as the market bears

Support Vice President and team in development and refinement of sales materials and drive highest-profile sales calls.

Ensure compliance of elements of sponsorship deals


A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a sales environment and/or new business development department and/or function

Media sales background preferred but not required

College Graduate required

Understanding of and preferred experience in at least two areas of specialty related to sponsorship: PR, social media, traditional media sales, digital media sales, experiential marketing, sponsorship

Quantifiable sales track record to share

Detail oriented

Knowledge of all necessary Office related software programs and ability to learn new systems as related to CET

Ability to travel

Must have own reliable transportation

Must be willing to think like an entrepreneur inside a major corporation

Must have schedule flexibility and be willing to put in long hours
