Integrity Advisor (CES)

Provides ER/LR Human Resources liaison for depts within the hotel/casino. Provides advice and support to supervisors and managers with regard to all ER/LR Human Resources related issues. Assists employees and management in the interpretation of company's Human Resources policies, practices and procedures. Handles matters of employee counseling and discipline and assists in gathering information, advising, and counseling of managers and employees through direct interface. Works with Caesars management and union representatives from multiple unions on the step one process and conducts grievance meetings. Monitors Performance Appraisal program. Must have 3-5 years Human Resources Generalist or Operations Management experience. Must have the ability to communicate verbally and have good writing skills for meetings, presentations, and telephone usage. Must have visual abilities and tolerance needed to complete and review documents. Must have auditory abilities needed for telephone usage and facilitation of meetings and presentations. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and to easily learn other software programs as well as able to use equipment such as computers for long periods of time.
