FP%26A Manager

Caesars Entertainment is looking to hire a talented Manager to join the FP&A team. Corporate FP&A is responsible for providing insightful, useful, and actionable financial analyses for the entire organization. The role is fast paced and provides the incumbent with the ability to gain a superior understanding of company operations and financial drivers. The role has high visibility within the organization and interacts with the senior leadership team on a regular basis. The Manager FP&A performs functions that include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Analyzes the business model from multiple perspectives to help the company drive the future direction of the business
  • Provides analyses and recommendations for the C-suite and Board members, including commentary on business performance and business updates
  • Monitors and provides intelligence on competitors and the broad industry landscape
  • Builds financial models that offer new perspectives in analyzing and monitoring business performance data
  • Helps forecast business performance, studying trends and applying business judgment to determine the future trajectory of the business
  • Performs a variety of financial analyses, including comparison and variance analyses of actual results versus forecast and prior year
  • Analyzes and reports on financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Assists in streamlining and improving processes, work product, and output
  • Trains and mentors analysts

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or other related function
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to think critically and improve existing processes
  • Proactive, creative, and not satisfied with the status quo
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience guiding and managing analysts
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle Essbase skills
  • Strong organizational skills and process-oriented approach to work
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, and integrity
  • Good attitude and adaptability
  • Gaming or hospitality experience a plus
