Executive Administrative Assistant, Global Development

Provide administrative assistance to the Global Development Team and organize and execute Familiarization Trips for VIP Japanese Delegates.

• Coordinate and manage all administrative activities for the Global Development Team
• Manage calendars for department team members, schedule and coordinate internal meetings and conference calls
• Coordinate travel arrangements, flights, hotel rooms, cars, etc. through Travel Website for Global Development Team members in compliance with T&E Travel Policy
• Review T&E expense reports before Team Member submits for approval; confirm T&E is PCARD policy compliant
• Receive, open, and distribute incoming mail and documents; Preparing and distributing outgoing mail
• Prepare documents in rough and final form including correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, charts, and presentations
• Set-up and maintain departmental files and records, as required
• Verify, prepare and process invoices, checks and receipts
• Secure conference rooms and set-up for meetings
• Responsible for maintaining confidential records, files and documents
• Screen assigned team member telephone lines, using tact and discretion
• Maintain the strict security and confidentiality of all files, communications and information in the conduct of Caesars business
• Schedule Familiarization (FAM) trips for Japanese Groups including but not limited to manage master itinerary, logistics planning, VIP coordination and setup
• Other duties as assigned

  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to read/write/speak Japanese is preferred, but not required

    • Must arrive on time each day
