Director of Transformation

Caesars Entertainment Business Services (CEBS) is looking for candidates for a Director with the Business Transformation Team.

CEBS is a centralized financial shared services center, responsible for accounts payable, payroll, general accounting, business project management, process and technology transformation, and various gaming and non-gaming audits.

We drive a substantial amount of transformation activities focusing on People, Process, Technology, Compliance and Service Delivery. This is done with an end-to-end process and technology mindset across multiple functions to drive effective and efficient processes.

The Director is responsible for oversight of multiple projects and initiatives for the CEBS organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Support key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of service excellence and employee engagement
  • Lead acquisition integrations to achieve desired synergies
  • Lead ERP/technology related transformation
  • Communicate strategies and objectives with applicable departments and colleagues
  • Oversee projects that will drive streamlining and improving processes, work product, and output
  • Work closely with other department leadership on projects and initiatives
  • Act as point of contact between multiple departments within the Company and relevant third parties
  • Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome / address risks identified
  • Implement applicable changes with minimal disruption, and with awareness of impact to impacted users
  • Effectively communicate issues; work with teams to find resolution to issues
  • Coordinate, communicate and oversee any IT issues, as applicable
  • Ensure the Shared Service Center runs in a efficient manner
  • Prepare and report out on project status' on regular cadence
  • Create and prepare PowerPoint presentations and custom reports for Senior Leadership
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned
  • The Director is often responsible for overseeing all areas of a business department, implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements

Must Haves
  • Bachelor degree in related field (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of relevant experience Accounting/Finance, Analytics, Audit
  • Sound working knowledge of general business processes and organizational framework, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, and third parties
  • Ability to influence key decision makers
  • Proactive, confident, and strong decision making skills
  • Strong leadership skills, and ability to work independently and within a team
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills; good time management skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
  • Ability to demonstrate innovation and creativity for complex problems with effective solutions
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage time, handle frequent deadlines and meet service level agreements
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and other automation tools (RPA)
  • Proficient at producing and presenting reports
  • A neat and professional appearance
  • Proficiency in and have experience using data analysis tools including MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint ; must be able to quickly learn relevant industry database applications and software
