Director, M%26A Integration

The M&A Integration Director will lead integration projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the integration process for individual projects, including functional work plan reviews, cross-functional collaborations, issue management and executive status updates
• Communicating prioritization of tasks, highlighting best practices, identifying potential disconnects/risks
• Manages stakeholder communications, including company executives, functional resource owners, and acquired company management
• Drives the pace of integration, disciplines and protocols for execution
• Tracks continuous improvements such as measuring and surveying various areas, incorporating feedback into updated integration processes and tools, etc.
• Expertly manages cross-functional relationships through transparency, effective communication, and a collaborative work style
• Maintains consistency of processes while allocating and supporting assigned functional resources
• Acts as a single point of contact for the integrations operations as well as its peer functions and the acquired company
• Drives development of overall integration plans, including all the integration projects, communications plan, and synergy benefits

• Integration background (corporate environment preferred)
• M&A and integration consulting experience
• Operations (back-room) and IT project management experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Blackbelt
• Process focused
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Project management certification preferred
