Coordinator Offer Redemption

The Offer Redemption Coordinator will be responsible for handling the offer redemption process across the Enterprise and supporting the ESS - Offer Analysis team.

Working with a team, you will be responsible for accurate cost allocation and redemptions for marketing offers/events by guest and offer level. You will be working with the following teams; ESS – Offer Analytics, ESS – Proforma/Revenue Build, ESS – Special Events, Direct Marketing and on Property Special Events.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Computer skills are required to accomplish tasks which include:
  • Run & distribute offer set up integrity report on reoccurring basis.
  • Work with appropriate teams to collect all offer/event details, expenses and participant lists.
  • Pull data using pre-written queries which will be used to check for errors, discrepancies or offers that will need to be un-redeemed.
  • Attend close calls for events and follow up via email & phone in order to gather all required information.
  • Compile data file in Microsoft Excel which will require ability to write some formulas.
  • Redeem/Un-redeem data in system.
  • Keep accurate up to date log of status of offers/events being redeemed.
  • Adhere to Standard operating procedures for offer redemption and maintain compliance.
  • Must have attention to detail and be able to identify if there is a discrepancy with the data.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Some College courses or Degree or equivalent preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and able to learn other programs as required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and have good numeric orientation.
  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously at various stages of completion.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures.
  • Enjoys a fast pace, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.

  • Ability to provide exceptional service to internal customers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Must be able to work at a desk. Sit for long periods of time. Responds to visual and aural cues. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must be able to operate a computer, telephone, photocopy machine and fax machine.
