Support the evolution of the HR function by providing accurate and timely data and insight into both the performance of HR leaders and their teams, and the impact great (or poor) HR practice has on the business.
Aid in driving outcomes in the business by partnering with the VP of Compensation & HR Analytics and team to streamline and innovate processed and generate new insights.
Gather and report data from Microstrategy, supporting other HR systems and other data repositories.
Help create and analyze Affordable Care Act reporting
Analyze the HR Scorecard data and trends; evolve scorecard metrics and follow-up actions accordingly
Create efficient ways to gather data and create repeatable reporting uniquely tailored to specific departments and business units based on information they deem valuable and relevant to their business needs.
Be familiar with Human Capital Management system and understand how to use new HR systems for reporting capabilities
Build key relationships with stakeholders within HR and throughout the organization to create and influence a new and different way of thinking and understanding of talent metrics.
Leverage information, analysis, metrics, trends and reporting to drive the decision making process and support business leaders and operations across the firm.
Support the annual surveys:
Help manage the Employee Opinion Survey and the Supervisor Feedback Survey process including survey design and detailed reporting.
