Senior software technical leadership position in AAE Delay Calculation R&D team. Drive product strategy, Understand and review top customer / field enhancement requirements. Work closely with multiple-department teams for technical discussions, analyze solution definition, interface closure. Work closely with product validation (PV) and product engineering (PE) teams for feature testing / test-plan review, help create validation scenarios, default-change requests.

Job Description: Provide project scoping, specification creation/review, work assignment and progress tracking for different projects for AAE Delay Calculation R&D team. Drive product strategy, liaise with senior leadership for product roadmap discussions and technical review. Understand and review top customer / field enhancement requirements, pain-points, feature requests, functional specification review. Work closely with multiple-department teams for technical discussions, analyze solution definition, interface closure, resource negotiations, and project scheduling, milestone and success criteria definition and tracking. Work closely with product validation (PV) and product engineering (PE) teams for feature testing / test-plan review, help create validation scenarios, default-change requests.

The annual salary range for California is $203,000 to $377,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
