About the Role:
Reporting to our Manager, Relationship Management, SMB within our SMB Sales division, the Relationship Manager mission is to ensure that your assigned SMB (small & medium business) customers remain committed Bullhorn clients and advocates as they get the most out of their Bullhorn solution. You ‘own’ the customer relationship after onboarding, for as long as they are a Bullhorn client! If you are an account manager (or looking to become one) with a passion for driving customer success, Bullhorn, the industry leader in cloud-based CRM and operations solutions for the staffing industry, is looking to grow its team of Relationship Managers. 

Note: This role will require an individual to be fluent (reading, writing and speaking) in both English and French
We are open to candidates from the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands

A typical day will include:

  • Assisting customers through any challenges they might have and serving as point-person for escalations and sharing best practice tips
  • Assisting with renewal discussions and commercial considerations, when needed
  • Monitoring customer adoption & usage of Bullhorn and suggesting ways the customer can increase value gained
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to benefit from additional Bullhorn and partner capabilities
  • Monitoring brand new customers as they traverse the challenges of implementing a new software
  • Documenting customer interactions and ensuring prompt follow-up to any open issues

  • You have demonstrable passion for customer service and success and excellent communication skills
  • You have the ability to set and manage expectations with a variety of personality types
  • You have strong organizational skills and can juggle a large number of tasks effectively
  • You have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment that constantly changes to suit customer needs
  • You have the aptitude to quickly learn new technologies while growing and developing your career
  • Experience in account management, relationship management, customer training, or customer success for a SaaS provider is a bonus
  • Experience with the recruitment industry is a huge plus
