The Role: Implementation Manager

  • We are looking for a seasoned Implementation Manager to help our most valuable customers successfully implement TradeTapp, an Enterprise solution that BuildingConnected acquired that helps prequalify and manage the risk of engaging contractors to perform large commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Help TradeTapp’s most valuable customers successfully implement TradeTapp within the first 60 days of becoming a customer, resulting in strong adoption
  • Provide guidance around best utilizing workflows within the TradeTapp platform
  • Provide training for reading and interpreting financial statements
  • Share best practices with customers based on customer use cases and industry
  • Ensure that all customers are trained properly on how to maximize their ROI within the platform
  • Use Salesforce reports to identify customers who are at risk of not implementing within the first 30 days and take actions to mitigate the risk
  • Drive monthly on-boarding webinars with customers using GoToMeeting
  • Document key customer information in Salesforce for TradeTapp sales

Skills Required:

  • A true consulting approach with the ability to communicate business content to people of all backgrounds
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Polished verbal/written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • You are a highly organized self-starter that runs towards opportunities
  • 2-5 years of prior on-boarding and implementation job experience
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Support
  • Flexibility to travel to key customers
