VP, General Manager

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a VP, General Manager to join our Broadridge Asset Management Solutions ("BAMS") business in our Boston, MA office. In this role, you will lead the Revport Product Management organization of roughly 80 people, and provide strategic direction for our suite of software that provides solutions for revenue management and billing and invoicing operations. Revport is a browser-based technology that helps clients drive higher ROI through increased efficiency, accuracy and shorter billing cycles.

You will ensure all the indirect pieces (Development, Support, Infrastructure, MSO) are operating efficiently and be the representative of these groups to clients.

You will run business operations and client relationships in a multi-client environment (roughly 150 clients currently)
Responsible for handling the sales process and onboarding clients to grow the business and revenue
You will develop and define product strategy in consultation with business leads to ensure adherence with business goals and objectives
Drive revenue and EBIT growth, together with the high quality servicing of clients
You'll work with the senior management team to provide updates on our strategy and discuss/plan investments required into the product to achieve agreed goals
Develop, evolve, and constantly maintain a business development plan that supports the strategic growth plans
Continually assess feedback from sales, product managers, clients, consultancies, and market experts to develop solutions that create demand and are relevant
Maintain specific senior relationships with clients and prospects with a long-term aim of client retention and business growth
You will represent the organization inside and outside the office, specifically at client meetings
Responsible for arbitrage and decisions on priority at the group level
Ensure quality of client services such that SLAs are met/exceeded and ensure clients will recommend Broadridge
You will sign off on pre-approved costs that are within the targeted budget
You will possess ownership of the P&L (top line and bottom line)
You will lead weekly management meetings
You will challenge and encourage other teams (of both direct and indirect reports) to grow and be successful
Provide leadership to associates, motivating the teams to exceed our business goals
You will exude leadership, maturity and level-headedness when conducting discussions and resolving issues


10+ years in a management position with excellent leadership skills
Mature leader and influencer across an organization
Fintech experience, in order to understand the multi-client perspective
Experience leading a multi-client environment, ensuring client happiness
Financial software solutions background
Deep experience in the vendor space
Good knowledge of Broadridge product set with a strong interest in the evolution of the financial technology industry and how Broadridge's solutions will adapt
A self-starter with effective communication skills, both internally and externally
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships with key client, business and operations partners
Able to work actively with others to resolve and raise issues appropriately
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, energy and drive
Strong presentation skills and ability to adapt to audience at all corporate levels
