Vice President, Wealth Product Management

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Vice President, Wealth Product Management to join our Newark, NJ office. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to work with a newly acquired client to define processing requirements for the Broadridge Wealth product suite. You will manage a team, and directly contribute, to the definition of processing requirements, creation of BRD's, and securing of client approval of all Front Office and Advisory related systems and functions. You will also be responsible for the oversight of development, coordination with the client on UAT and SIT testing, and the ultimate deployment and adoption of resulting new systems and enhanced functionality. Responsibilities include:

Product Team Leadership -- You will manage a group working directly with large clients to successfully define, develop, and deploy products and functionality required for North American wealth management firms.
Product Roadmap - You will work with the larger North America Wealth & Capital Markets Solutions ("NAWCMS") and Broadridge organizations to ensure that functionality being built for the newly acquired client aligns and is in sync with the overall Broadridge product roadmap and business strategy
Strategy Formulation --You will align new client priorities with the larger client base and articulate the direction and business rationale for additions/improvements to the product suite.
Revenue Generation -- You will work with the team to ensure the newly acquired client is on-boarded on time, and within or under budget. You will ensure that product built/materially modified working with the new client is applicable and desirable for other new and existing NAWCMS clients.
You will be responsible for the ongoing viability and revenue generation of the Wealth product suite and help develop the financial forecasts including projected revenues and expenses.

Qualifications

10 + years' experience in Product Management and or product operations. Wealth Management industry knowledge and proven track record in senior level PM role is required.
Bachelor's Degree Required Master Degree a plus
Experience managing/owning a product (preferably a broker facing product)
Experience in rolling out/deploying and being responsible for adoption of product, in an efficient and timely manner with budget pressures
Matrix Management- Effective communications with external and internal partners, including clients, product development, conversions, account management, sales and finance.
Communication -- ability to communicate with senior executives at current and prospective clients as well as senior leaders internally.
Extraordinary organizational skills to facilitate work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Experience working with users to build new product
Ability to engage with senior levels/executives and able to have discussions (often difficult ones) with clients
* Ability to know what's meaningful/worth fighting for and what to acquiesce on
