Supervisor, Client Services

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Client Service Supervisor to work in our Denver, CO office, located at 717 17th Street. In this role, you will oversee a team of highly-detailed Customer Service Account Representatives to ensure the daily needs of our customers are met. You will add new value by assisting in client issue resolutions, adapting to changing regulatory and processing environments and educating both associates and clientele. Your overall responsibilities would include: assigning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling work with the goal of improving and elevating the client and associate experience; evaluating and managing performance; staying abreast of industry and Broadridge initiatives and strategies; interviewing, hiring, and orienting new employees; making salary recommendations; and recommending discipline or termination when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Provide mentorship to staff on various operational and client service issues
Oversee the completion of all team tasks
Provide information to team members regarding customer issues, Broadridge updates and industry updates -- including internal systems and products offered
Train new employees and monitor progress ensuring high levels of procedures and products
Prepare and submit periodic regulatory and management reports representing improvements and enhancements to the department
Provide leadership to time sensitive topics such as large trades, large trade volumes, & client issues
Provide mentorship to Account Representatives and clientele when taking care of the deeply detailed TPA Custody processes

Qualifications:

5 years of financial services experience, preferably in the brokerage or mutual fund industry
Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, business administration or a related discipline
FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses, or ability to maintain them
Broad understanding of TPA retirement business
Strong communication, both verbally and written, required for clients and fund families
Strong customer service skills and experience
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to supervise others in a manner that results in a productive and satisfied workforce
Ability to teach and lead others in a productive fashion
Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time within strict deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to participate as a member of a team, assisting in other projects as needed or as assigned
