Strategy Analyst-Digital

We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our digital strategy and innovation team and assist in the development of strategies to craft platforms and services that benefit consumers, our clients and Broadridge alike.

Broadridge Digital delivers products that enable channel partners to compete with new digital solutions which include essential communications, identity and preference management, data storage and analytics. The network effect is the concept that Broadridge, in the center of a network of companies using our solutions, can craft new solutions that reduce costs and complexity to assist our clients and their customers.

You will define our network effect strategy and business model
You'll collaborate with business units across Broadridge to ensure alignment with the strategy and evangelize network effect enabled solutions
Identify and establish relationships with potential business partners
You will conduct market research
You'll identify and lead creative experiments with partners
Work with product teams that will support the strategy, and capture insights and Voice of the Customer.
You will represent us at conferences and events

Great translator; able to speak the language of technology and of business teams
Excellent presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership
Strong attention to detail, combined with an ability to see and explain the big picture
Ability to deal with ambiguity, change, and shifting priorities
Enjoy studying current and new industry trends, technologies, and Cloud software development
Like creating and developing business cases, and articulate the value proposition
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Master of Business Administration (MBA) desired
2 to 4 years in a business strategist or business development role
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment made up of strategists, innovators, product managers and technologists
Experience handling client or vendor relationships
