Responsibilities:

  • Create communications, technical documentation and other associated materials

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience writing /editing technical communications and documentation
  • 5 years experience developing instructor led elearning courseware
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements
  • Knowledge of graphic authoring tools: Adobe Suite, Robohelp, Captivate, Madcap Flare, HTML, Dreamweaver, Bootstrap
  • 4 years’ experience within economic, accounting or financial disciplines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Leadership, process management and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in French, English, Communications, Instructional design, Marketing, Finance or Graphic design
