Sr. Key Accounts Coordinator

Broadridge is growing and we need a Sr. Key Accounts Coordinator to support our Matrix business unit. In this role, you will serve as primary contact for growing alliance partner relationships and provide dedicated service to their team and underlying book of qualified retirement plan business. You'll also establish and maintain relationships with internal partners, business development and client team to ensure service levels are met. And you will lead the assessment and implementation of solutions to client issues and challenges and process improvement.

Serve as main relationship contact and support for major alliance partners and provide oversight for assigned accounts.
Cultivate rapport with clients and maintain an understanding of their business needs and processes to better assess areas of improvement or opportunities to leverage other products and services
Lead and facilitate regularly scheduled client calls and act as liaison between internal service partners and clients for issue resolution and the implementation of proposed solutions.
Work with Conversion team on migration of business to our platform.
Ensure all service and support goals in the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) are met.
Remain current on Broadridge systems, products, compliance and regulatory issues.
Serve as a mentor and knowledge resource to other team members.
May include travel to meet with clients for service review and to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Direct customer relationship experience in retirement industry
3-5 years of professional work experience including a lead or managerial capacity
ASPPA or CRSP certification preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Customer focused and engaging
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time appropriately
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ease in communicating effectively with clients, management and peers
